Another fantastic project to continue our working relationship with Caledonia Housing Association.
The project consisted of 2 phases; with phase 1 comprising of 6 new build, 1 bedroom flats.
Phase 2 saw the renovation of an 1800s detached house to form 3 beds, 2 public rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, plus the associated landscape work.
