The seoncd house at our Crook of Devon development; this 355 square metre home was built from start to finish in 8 months. With smiliar finishings to the previous Crook of Devon new build; interior highlights include amtico flooring, solid wood finishings, wet rooms and stoves. Exteriors are finished with a mixture of k-rend and siberian larch.
Both houses were fitted with underfloor heating throughout and air source heat pumps.
