Another fantiastic project, this 94 square metre extention was built on the banks of the River Devon – so close, that sepcialised raft foundations were used to protect against potential future flooding.
The project consisted of an additional 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a solid mahogany staircase, and a high end ‘Kitchens International’ kitchen.
