This 125 square metre home in Victoria Avenue, Milnathort was bought originally as a renovation project. Only after discovering the quality of the existing building was the decision made to knock it down and build an eco-friendly new build in its place; featuring underfloor heating upstairs and downstairs ran from a sustainable and economical air source heat pump.
We use this build as an infill project. As a result, ready to sell completion is expected in May 2022
